A 41-year-old Philadelphia, Pennsylvania resident named Wallace Tsoi was found dead in an Elkton crash.

 On Saturday night, July 26, 2025, Wallace Tsoi, 41, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, lost his life in a horrific car accident near Elkton, Maryland. Zachary Keck, 42, of Princeton, New Jersey, was the driver of a 2024 Jeep Wrangler in which Wallace was a passenger. According to reports, the car repeatedly overturned after swerving off into a field and failing to negotiate a curve on Fairview Road.


At the scene, both guys were declared dead. According to the Cecil County Sheriff's Office's preliminary investigations, speed played a role in the collision. Two communities are in mourning for the unexpected loss of lives that were full of connection and potential as a result of the occurrence.


Wallace was a thoughtful and caring person who added depth and excitement to every space he entered, according to his friends and family. A legacy of kindness and warmth is left behind by his passing.
