The community is in sorrow for Ryan Michael Kearns, who died on July 19 in a flash flood in Kansas City. Ryan was 38 years old. He was adored in the communities of Fairhope, Alabama, and Kansas City, and he was a loving husband to Shelby Kearns.
Everyone who knew Ryan is deeply saddened by his untimely death. Ryan was well-known for his steadfast kindness, calm leadership, and strong work ethic. He made an effect just by being himself. He led a modest, gracious, and purposeful life; he never sought attention but always showed up when it counted.
As a leader at Auto Dent Company, where he mentored numerous people and set an example, Ryan was well-liked and respected in his professional life. "Ryan was not just my boss," said Grace Cameron, one of his former coworkers, in a heartfelt ode to the man Ryan was. He really contributed to the development of who I am now. He offered me a genuine opportunity to develop and had faith in me from the beginning. His character, work ethic, and leadership were unparalleled. He treated me like family, so I never felt like just another employee.
Grace continued by describing an instance that encapsulated Ryan's serene demeanor and natural capacity to inspire people around him: "One day, I was out knocking on doors, feeling absolutely overwhelmed." "Just be yourself," Ryan said me as he stood next me, composed as ever. When you care, people can tell. The difference lies in that. My entire life—not just at work—was altered by that event.
Ryan was a leader who led from the heart. He had faith in human beings. Instead of using force or coercion, he led by example and consistently encouraged others to reach their full potential. Ryan consistently demonstrated his character and dependability in the community, at business, and at home.
People who knew Ryan describe him as a man who was devoted to his loved ones, rooted in his principles, and generous with his time. He led a life that gave people around him a sense of security, acceptance, and support. Even though he passed away too soon, his influence will last for years to come.
Ryan is survived by his wife Shelby, who is quite pregnant, his extended family, friends, coworkers, and everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. We will sincerely miss his presence and
