Marshall County, West Virginia A tragic UTV crash on Big Wheeling Creek Road early this morning has been confirmed by Sheriff Mike Dougherty.
The victim has been identified as Moundsville resident Ronald A. Stollar, age 66. The sheriff said that Stollar was driving his UTV when it veered off the road and over a precipitous embankment. He was declared dead at the scene after being thrown from the car and found a few yards away.
