 Callis, Katelyn Michelle, New Albany, IN Death Cause and Obituary: We announce with great sadness and sincere memory Katelyn Michelle Callis passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 32. Family, friends, and everyone who had the honor of knowing them are all deeply saddened by Katelyn's sudden loss.

Katelyn's kind nature, unfailing generosity, and the warmth that permeated every encounter will live on in our memories forever. Katelyn have a special talent for making people feel seen, appreciated, and loved, whether it was through intimate chats or group laughs. They made a lasting impact on innumerable lives and illuminated every space they entered.

For Katelyn, love was an activity rather than merely an emotion. It was evident in the way they helped others, listened sympathetically, and provided consolation without holding back. They were a source of strength to many, a devoted friend, and a cherished family member. The happy, cozy, and connected times spent with Katelyn will always have a special place in our hearts and serve as a constant reminder of what an amazing person they were.

Visitation will take place at Kraft Funeral Service on the following dates and times as family and friends gather to remember and celebrate Katelyn's life:

August 21, Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Friday, August 22 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 PM
