 Mr. Ed Carter's Cause of Death and Obituary: We regret to inform you of the demise of Mr. Ed Carter, 84, of Clinton, Kentucky. He passed away at Jackson Purchase Medical Center on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 6:30 AM.

Ed was a devoted member of New Harmony Baptist Church, where he served and worshipped for many years. He was a man of integrity, strength, and faith. His values—hard labor, humility, and dedication to his family and community—were reflected throughout his life.

Ed spent many years of his life creating and influencing the world around him as a proud and accomplished Iron Worker. His heart was soft with charity and love, but his hands were rough from work. Those who knew him valued his quiet strength, appreciated his insight, and respected his work ethic.

Ed was a constant and dependable presence in the lives of people around him. He was the type of man that people could rely on—a cornerstone of his neighborhood and church, a faithful friend, and a loving family member.

Even though Ed is no longer with us, his legacy will endure in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. His family and the community will continue to be guided by the principles he upheld and the affection he offered.
