 One guy was killed and another injured in a fatal shooting that happened inside Club Metro on Martin Luther King Drive early on Saturday morning.

According to Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade, the incident happened at roughly two in the morning. One male victim passed away at the site from his wounds, and authorities revealed that two girls were also shot during the incident. The victims' identities have not yet been made public.

A suspect who is described as a male with bushy hair and a light complexion is being actively sought by police. Anyone with knowledge regarding the shooting should come forward, Chief Wade advised.

Authorities are requesting that anyone with information that could lead to the case's resolution get in touch with Crime Stoppers or the Jackson Police Department.
