There is an unfathomable hole in our hearts and the community he served with such enthusiasm because of his abrupt departure.

His influence went well beyond the office. Josh was well-known for his contagious smile, generous nature, and large heart. He generously donated his time and energy, and he never passed up an opportunity to encourage others. He changed the lives of innumerable others by sharing a joke, a helping hand, or a word of encouragement.

We are consoled by the tremendous love and support we have received, even as we struggle to accept this loss. We sincerely appreciate your prayers, thoughts, and generosity during this extremely trying time.

Josh's life will be honored with a service on Wednesday, the 10th, at 6:00 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant, 6516 Old Greensboro Road, Thomasville, NC 27360, USA.

Following the funeral, there will be a visitation where everyone who knew and loved Josh can reminisce, provide consolation, and commemorate a life well lived.
