As stated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the Toyota 4Runner, which had five people aboard, was traveling north on White Horse Road when the driver tried to turn west onto SC 123. Concurrently, a tractor-trailer moving south on White Horse Road collided with the SUV, leading to a serious impact.
Emergency personnel from the Parker Fire District swiftly responded to the incident, finding several passengers injured inside the Toyota. All five individuals were quickly transported to nearby hospitals for medical care. Reports indicate that the driver of the 18-wheeler was uninjured.
