Tamarion Gant Obituary, Reason for Demise: Young Victim Named Following Deadly Shooting in North East Area

 Authorities are looking into the deadly shooting of a 15-year-old boy on the North East Side of San Antonio. The victim has been named as Tamarion Gant by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office; he was shot at the intersection of Woodlake Parkway and Lakeview Drive on Friday, October 10, 2025.

As reported by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the scene shortly after receiving a call around 11 a.m., only to find Tamarion with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital but, unfortunately, passed away shortly after being admitted.

A suspect, also 15 years old, has been taken into custody and charged with evidence tampering related to the incident. Nevertheless, the sheriff’s office has stated that the investigation into the homicide is still very much in progress.
