Delaware County Mourns the Loss of Sheriff Tony Skinner in Tragic Highway Accident

 Delaware County, Indiana — The local community is mourning the passing of Sheriff Tony Skinner, who sadly died early on Wednesday while assisting a motorist stranded on Interstate 69 near Yorktown. Sheriff Skinner, known for his steadfast commitment to his duties, was struck by a northbound tractor-trailer while he was parked in order to help the stuck driver in the early hours between State Roads 32 and 26, close to mile marker 247.
