Schiller Park Killing – Self-inflicted Injury: Investigation into Homicide-Suicide Incident in Schiller Park, Illinois

 The Schiller Park Police Department is investigating what is believed to be a murder-suicide after finding two bodies late Monday night near the corner of 25th Avenue and Irving Park Road.

According to officials, law enforcement personnel were dispatched to the area following a 911 report that a shooting had taken place. When they arrived, officers discovered two individuals who were unresponsive at the scene. Both individuals were declared deceased by emergency medical personnel.

Authorities are treating the incident as a murder-suicide; however, the identities of the deceased have not yet been released. Detectives remained at the location for several hours Monday night, securing the area and collecting evidence.
