 Bruce Frederick Bowie, a beloved partner, parent, radio personality, and supporter of the community, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. He was 72 years old.


Born on November 2, 1953, in Piapot, Saskatchewan, Bruce lived a life filled with faith, compassion, and dedication to helping others. He was known for his ever-present smile, wonderful sense of humor, generous nature, and remarkable humility. Above all, family and friends noted that a deep love for the Lord profoundly guided both his personal and professional endeavors.

He is survived by his wife, Maria; his sons, David and Daniel (Heather); and his cherished granddaughters, Ava and Peyton. His brother, Ian (Eleanor), along with their children, Jon (Tracy) and Elayna (Barry), will feel the void left by his passing significantly. The family has requested privacy as they grieve, while also hoping to hear and share stories from those whose lives Bruce impacted.
